I'd maybe add something around embracing discomfort as a signpost towards change,
if we've been using technology heavily, there will be an adjustment period,
both neurobiologically and behaviorally, where we feel uncomfortable, this can last for weeks, without awareness that this is an important stage in re-attuning, it can be easy to relapse, suffer further and respond to the accompanying negative thoughts.
